Account and access
For login trouble, a birth-date correction, or an account status question, email support@yapaa.co from the email on your account. Support will never ask for your OTP code.
Privacy and deletion
Delete individual answers in Yapaa or start account deletion at Profile → Safety and account → Delete account. For a rights request, contact privacy@yapaa.co. Read the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Safety
Use in-app report and block controls for the fastest handling. If you cannot access the app, email safety@yapaa.co with only the details needed to locate the issue.
Moderation appeals
To ask for review of an eligible content or account decision, email safety@yapaa.co from your account email. Identify the decision and explain why it should be reconsidered.

Frequently asked questions
Is Yapaa free?
Yes. Yapaa is free to use today. Optional premium features may be introduced later, but we will explain them before they become available.
When does Yapaa launch?
Yapaa is available for iPhone on the App Store. The Android app is still being prepared and will be linked here when its public build is ready.
How does answer-to-reveal work?
You answer the daily question first. An accepted friend who has answered the same question can then see your response, and you can see theirs.
Can friends see my answer before I see theirs?
A friend may see that you participated, but your answer stays hidden until they answer the same question and satisfy Yapaa’s reveal rules.
How do I invite friends?
In Yapaa, open People and choose Find or Invite. Friendships become active only after both people choose each other.
